I want to file a case against RBL Bank for cheating to customer.

I need protection from bank threatening for the payment of Rs. 1,08,988 on account of credit card No. 5243736403420453 transaction done by hackers on Dt. 24/04/2021 which I already complained to the bank complain number 29348068 mentioning that we are working on it and shall resolve the issue within 45 working days, 29218430 mentioning your concern will be resolve within 3 working days and police cyber cell complaint no. 1560 on the same day without any delay. The investigation is under process by the police department yesterday message received that 29218430 is working on your concern whereas today on 28-04-2021 i received a SMS stating that my complaint number 29218430 has been investigated and stands closed. Also I got a call from bank stating that they have closed their investigation and put the liability of amount on my head instead of the fraud person even they are not ready to investigate and trace the real culprit. Sir Plz help me from the RBL bank to reversal the amount and release me from the pressure of making the payment which was not at all done by me. My RBL mobile app was hacked and my all secrets were with the fraud. Which indicates that my secrets were shared by RBL bank.

Sir I am sharing the incident happed with me on 24/04/2021. I got an call from Phone Number 8120807871 mentioning as Ridhi Verma as senior Head Employee ID 21407 Mumbai Branch of credit card limit enhancement department from RBL Bank, since this call is also recording and its all safe, mentioning that I am a privilege customer bank is giving me a card limit enhancement from 2.5 lacs to 4 lacs which comes with some other rewards and offers around Rs. 2000. As she is mentioning my all details even my secret information which makes me assured she is the RBL Bank, Then she ask me step by step procedure for card limit enhancement which I followed and she provided me limit enhancement number LIMP2010987549 of initial Rs. 28,990 limit and another number BOC30196813433 for Rs.39,999 twice, as a result the fraud happen. While the conversation is going on telephonic she told me that for few minutes my RBL Bank app will be disabled due to internal updating procedure which you may check also that it will not be open, I cross checked and same thing happened, she assured me not to worry its a process when I am requesting to open my app she told me that some number will be flashed and once this number will be enter then only the bank app will be open, I followed the procedure and finally the fraud happened with my credit card.

Sir, today I got another shocking news that my email address was registered different which was used by me on regular basis, when I ask from bank the order copy of payment on my email address i.e. [email protected] they denied and inform me that this is not your correct email address where as all complaint to bank were done through this email by me and already I received the acknowledgement as an when I am sending any mail. This indicates that the hacker changed my email also and today again I got it registered. How is it possible that my email address is different and no mail I received when I get my credit card issued from bank. Kindly investigate this matter also which email was been registered till today with bank, where probably my all secret information were also shared there.

Sir, lastly I need to mention that as a victim of fraud instead of helping me if bank pressure me for the payment within a short period how will I arrange such an unbearable amount in such a Covid pandemic situation, where my source of earning is uncertain. Sir you are my last hope who can protect my interest. Your are requested to put a stay order till the investigation completes from your end and no interest should be charge on the Transaction dispute amount.

Thanks

Yours faithfully

A.you already posted so much "secret information which makes me assured she is the RBL Bank" here.
so you already posted all that kind of information earlier also on social media.

further you also accepted your mistake in your complaint to RBL bank.

UNFORTUNATELY Liability is yours even when you reported it.

A.Hi,
The the RBI rules says that the customer is not required to pay if the breach has been reported within three days of the fraudulent transaction. A transaction reported after that but within seven days, the per transaction liability of the customer will be limited to the transaction value or an amount set by the central bank, whichever is lower. You should file a private compliant in order tor restrict your liability.

A.Dear Sir,
Such instances are many. Police have no time to investigate. Better file private complaint.
