School not providing TC &:result fir 10th class as i was not able to pay fee

I was not able to pay school fee as I had lost job covid school is not providing 10th class report card and TC what I can do

A.the courts have already held that TC shuld not be withheld if somebody is not able to pay fees.
send a legal notice first.

A.Dear Sir,
You can ask school authorities to provide the certificates through legal notice as educational institutions have no right to withhold crucial documents such as Transfer Certificate (T.C.) and Conduct Certificate of students in an attempt to collect fee dues. Any claim relating to fee dues could be resolved only before civil courts and separate case have to filled for that claim.
