Pollution by a local factory

There is a rice mill near my house, which regularly cause air pollution. As a result dust from the mill is spread in whole house. I am also afraid that harmful dust may cause some chronic diseases. What should I do?

A.You must file a case in National Green Tribunal ( NGT) against the factory. Get in touch with a good lawyer who can fight your case in NGT

A.Hi,
You should file a complaint with the State Pollution Control Board and if the board does not take action within 60 days, you can approach the court for the same. If the situation requires immediate resolution the aggrieved citizen can file a complaint with the District Magistrate or the Sub-Divisional Magistrate.
