Froud Case against RTO Agent and RTO Official Employee

I have given full amount (8500 Rs) to RTO Agent for getting my 4 wheeler license on 3rd Jan 2021 and Agent told me that she has setting inside the RTO VADODARA office and she will arrange the everything. I just have to go for test and she will arrange the license. I have all the evidence like Money transfer receipt, Call recording etc.. Now almost 4 months over and agent is not answering my calls and i am still waiting for the license and the worst thing my original 2 wheelers license is also with them. So i need to file a fraud case against the agent nd the RTO employee.
Pls guide me

if still not then approach RTO vigilance .
also file police complaint for cheating.

You should immediately complain against the agent for offense Cheating, Breach of Trust, and Fraud. Also, for getting back your original license you should send a legal notice and also mention it in the complaint.

You can file a case against the RTO agent for cheating under Section 420. Also, breach of trust can be another offense in this case. For, your original license you should send a legal notice asap.
