Professor in my govt. college died on 09th Oct 1980. His son was 12yr old that time, when he became an adult he forged his fathers' death certificate to make it 09th Oct 1981 and got the Job. Can anyone please tell when was 'mritak ashrit niyukti' law came into existence and can this scam be reported now and whom to report.

A.if you got RTI confirmation with correct year of 1980 then you can lodge FIR or inform VC who have to register FIR.

A.Hi,
You will have to report this to the VC of the university alongwith the Registrar's office. You can also lodge a police compliant.
