Hai sir ,my opposite flat person having issue with my dog.he should I will complain about your dog at police station .but hr gave complaint stating community wise.we never had any ornaments with that person.but he did like that.even we never spoke with him from last 1 year. Kindly advice me

A.try to take bail immediately. then depending on your capacity and evidences in your favour you can either contest the case or approach the high court to get the FIR quashed. you can send me a copy of the FIR and other details of yours to help you with this case and if you are in west bengal or delhi i can even take up your case in the court.
