sir its urgent. please tel.me the procedure. my frnd married other guy as reg mrg. nw she maried other boy without gvng divorce to first one. if she now give divorce to second mrg boy. with whom mrg is not registered. is dat show alredy fsirst she married as reg mrg or wt? please its urgent tel me the answer please. she now dont want to liv wt second husband who is not gud person. she wants go back to her first husband. what to do now sir? how can she give divorce to second person with whom mrg is not registered.if u dnt publish atleast please tel this personally via e mail. please sir she asking me daily for this questiom

but second wants divorce from court only. so plz tel me is dat fst mrg matter will come to knw to court at sny stage of divorce or at the time of decree of divorce. bcz no one knows about fst mrg evn dat is registered. i wnt divorce from second husband and i wnt to join fst husband whom mrg registrd. so plz tel me second is arrange mrg if i taken divorce frm second husband, is frst mrg dat was registd come to knw in court or nt. plz tel me plz sir

No.the court will not entertain your case under the special marriage Act.

sir it means while taking divorce from second husband the frst mrg which was registered wont come to knw anyone? am i get divorce from secomd husband without any problem? plz reply sir. bcz tuesday am applying divorce of second husbqnd

to rejoin she has to giv divorce to second husband. or else he ll giv complaint. so she has to g v divorce to second husband. my question is without making anyone to knw she married frst as reg mrg. is she gv divorce to second husband in court? in divorce decree time is dat reg mrg wt fst husband wil come to know in court or wt? that i wnt sir. bcz she dicided to gv divorce to second one

She need not to give divorce to her second hisband as that marriage was never subsisting as per Hindu Marriage Act 1955.
She can happily join the company of her second husband

but her first mrg was registerd n dat is not divorced. n married second one. now she want to give divorce to second only. if in court she put divorce on second husband in time of decree of divorce is the matter of first mariage registration come to knw in court or not sir. if first marg reg. dnt come to knw while giving decre of mrg den she gv divorce to second husband n rejoins fst husband n leads hapy life. so plz tel me sir. she is in critical condition
