Hai Sir / Mam
My opposite flat resident having issue with my dog.where my dog passed minor drops of urine at his car tyre.he was shouting on this issue at lift with my brother saying I will file case . For that my brother said dog don't no nothing it was animal.he seriously left and filled case as community base insulting .but we never spoke with him past 1 year.he gave like this manner. Kindly advice me on this fake complaint .In whatsapp group also he mentioned he will complaint about my dog as nonsense case .but he filled like this
