I am a 15 years old boy, I am living with my mother. My mother and father got divorced. I want to live with my father since my father is not providing maintenance money to my mother and my college fees. I want to live with my father. Is there any legal way? We are Christian

A.you can live if that he wants to pay maintenance money and college fees.
but if you want legal way then he is bound to pay maintenance money to your mother and your college fees along with past dues if wants to avoid jail.

A.Hi,
Your father is obligated to provide maintenance for you and your mother. If he is not paying you can approach the court to get the dues paid by him. You can also approach the court for making your father your guardian.
