Hi., I’m working in an institution from last 9 months .. a couple is here living inside the campus .. the wife have doubt on me n her husband that we r in an affair .. she had made my image down in this institution and she has gone crazy she is threatening to her husband also and to me she had said she vl complain about me and get me terminated.. and she is so much crazy that she can harm herself and put all the allegations on me .. I want myself to be protected

Yes we knw each other we are working in the Same institution . Just a healthy relationship but she is saying we r having an extra marital affair

You must not talk to her husband. Your allegations against her are on the basis of hypothetical thoughts.

I had a talk with the administration but they knw her before me and she had created the scene like she is the victim in this story and taking the sympathy from everyone. She always tont me indirectly, she defame my image also here . Now her husband don’t want to live with her that’s why she’s getting crazy and making me the reason for everything happening to her and her relationship

I think if she will harm herself someday then everyone will blame on me that she was in stress due to me and she said she vl file a complain that due to me her husband wants divorce with her.

My advice on the first instance you should be careful & avoid all personal complications attributed to you,and have witnesses & well wishers who will vouchsafe for you in any eventuality and save you from all troubles & legal consequences.

Yes she had ruined my image over here .. with linking with her husband and her relationship is also failing .. she is blaming me for everything and if she vl harm herself someday everyone will blame me .. is there anything that I could do like anticipatory that I’m not involved or not responsible for any harm of her.

File a complaint,anticipatory comes later after the crime is committed.

Go to the police station and file an FIR for criminal Intimidation.
Criminal defamation is punishable and has to be filed to the concerned magistrate under section 200 of Crpc.
Civil defamation is to be filed before the civil judge where you want her to pay you a cost for the alleged defamation.
