A.Hello.
To begin, you must note the location where your company is installing webcams to keep an eye on you in the facts itself.  However, we assume that the company is attempting to install webcams in your place of work, at your home. Even though you are an employee in that company, however it doesn't permit them to install webcams to monitor you within the ambit of your home, which is your person space. Thus it is not a legal practice and in a way it is undeniably a breach your fundamental right i.e. privacy.

A.Hi.
Firstly, in the facts, you need to mention the place where your company is installing webcams to keep an eye on you? Based on the limited facts which you have mentioned we presume that the company is trying to install webcams in your place of work at your house. Though everyone is working from home, however, it doesn't give the license to the companies to install webcams within the ambit of your personal space of the home. It is certainly not a legal practice, and it is a breach of your privacy.
