If an unmarried man has only one married brother and one married sister and in the will it is mentioned that the property will be equally distributed to descendents and who will get the share in the property

A.if its self earned property and not self earned property then he can give share to anybody.
any person will get share as per WILL only.

A.हिन्दू उत्तराधिकार अधिनियम के अनुसार जब कोई हिन्दू वसियत करते हुए मृत्यु को प्राप्त हो जाता है।
तब समत्ति का विभाजन वसियत के अनुसार होगा।
चूंकि यहां पर हिन्दू पुरुष द्वारा वसियत की है।
और वसीयत में स्पष्ट भाषा मे लिखा है कि दौनो उत्तराधिकारी को बराबर बराबर अधिकार मिलेगा।
वैसे हिन्दू उत्तराधिकार के अनुसार सभी वारिसों को बराबर अधिकार अर्थात बराबर हिस्सा मिलता है।चाहे कितने ही उत्तराधिकारी हो।
इसलिए यहाँ पर सिर्फ दो ही वारिश है।इसलिए दौनो को बराबर हिस्सा मिलेगा।

A.Hi,
In Hindu law the partition of the property is through Hindu Succession Act. The property will be equally divided to all the legal heirs. You, your brother, and sister will get equal share in the property. Each one of you will get one-third of the property.

A.Hi,
The division of property will be according to the Hindu Succession Act. All legal heir of the property will get the equal share of the property. All brothers and sister will get one third share of the property.

A.as per the given information, the property will be distributed in three equal parts (one each for the unmarried man, his married brother, his married sister)
