There is an agricultural field in my mother's name in Rajasthan, can she make and register a Power of Attorney in my name in UP and will it be valid in Rajasthan for the purposes of selling and signing the registry on her behalf

A.Mostly it is accepted but you have to confirm with Rajasthan if it can be considered for the purpose of registration.
Selling and buying through POA is not advisable.

A.आपकी माता जी आपके हक मे power attorny निष्पादित कर सकती है
चंकी आप ब्लड समबन्ध मे है।इसलिए आपकी माता जी द्वारा की गई power attorny कानून की दृष्टि मे मान्य है
रही बात आपकी की उकत power attorny द्वारा राजस्थान में सम्पत्ति को बेचा जा सकता है या नही यह राजस्थान के बाई लाज के अनुसार देखा जा सकता है।
वैसे power attorny पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट की बहुत सख्त टिप्पणियाँ है।उनको भी ध्यान में रखना होगा।
