Do i have legal grounds to pursue Do i have legal grounds to pursue

I joined for their company xxx on june 1st 2017. When i joined the company we signed a contract in which there are different components to my pay. One such is continuation bonus.

I quote
continuation bonus of 1,00,000 INR would be paid to the employee after completion of every six months service at the company if the employee is still employed by the company.

I recently quit the company and my last working day was 31st may so in total of 1 year exactly. They refused to pay me the bonus stating that as i am not an employee on june 1st. Do i have legal grounds to pursue?. if so how can i pursue this?

A.you can claim continuation bonus for the first six months as it is written in that condition that if company still employed that employee than he would be entitled for the bonus. read the following lines of the condition carefully:-
" after completion of every six months service at the company if the employee is still employed by the company."
and if they are not giving you the bonus of first six month than send them a legal notice through a lawyer

A.Sir company is bound to give you the bonus as agreed in the terms and condition of the contract document. Send a legal notice stating all the relevant facts. If they do no reply then move to court

A.Yes, you are having a valid claim since you have completed six months. First you need to issue a legal notice to the company and its directors then they will release your payment.
