I want to know if i can make Loan agreement on 500 rs stamp paper while lending a friend money?
: Can I include rate of interest of repayment instalments Claus being an individual?

A.you can not include rate of interest.
It is illegal to take interest without license.
you can lend the money even on 10 rs stamp paper without interest.

The value of stamp paper depends on the loan amount. The agreement should include all the details, including rate of interest, repayment everything.

A.Hi,
The value of the stamp paper will depend upon the loan amount secured by the agreement. In the agreement clauses relating to rate of interest and the terms of payment should also be included.

A.वैसे कानून आपको ऐसा करने की अनुमति नहीं देता है।क्योंकि ऐसा करना कानूनन अनुमति नही देता है।इसके लिए साहू कारी का लाइसेंस लेना पड्ता है।वैसे आप सिर्फ इस कागज में उधार राशि लिख सकते है।बयाज नही ।आप इसको 10 रूपए के stamp पर लिख सकते हो।
