A.You have to challenge the will as you have share in the property of the father if not transferred through will/sale to your mother. If the property is of ancestral nature will is not possible by your mother

A.your mother is legal owner of property after your father death and she can make a will to anyone.

A.Mother and you both have equal share after the death of father if no other siblings exist. Otherwise the property will go to each member in equal share
