The following satirical article, published by The Fauxy are inappropriately cyber - bullying the Hon CM of Delhi, Shri Arvind Kejeriwal. Under which sections of the law can I file a complaint against this website?

A.Hi,
The relevant offences that would be applicable would be libel and slander which is covered under Criminal Defamation as mentioned under S. 499 IPC and its punishment under S.500. Since the article has been posted online, you may also file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell at National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.

Since your query is pertaining to cyber-bullying, you may lodge a complaint to the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell at National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Further, the sections of law under which you may file a complaint against the website are S.499 and S. 500 of the IPC for the offence of defamation.

A.Dear Sir,
You can file Civil and Criminal defamation cases. Under section 500 of IPC.
