There is a guy name xyz (privacy). He is little bit mentally unstable his family don't support or feed him! But one of his relatives feed him but sometimes they don't (continuously for 1-7 days). When someone feed him in village that relatives abuses the guy badly who feed him. I just want to ask whether I can complaint about them or not.

A.Hi,
A mentally unstable person also has an equal right to lead his life with dignity as mentioned under Art. 21 of the Constitution. Here, xyz also has an additional right to protection from cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment under S. 20 of the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017. Therefore, you may file a complaint against his abusive relatives.
