Got cheated on in a relationship Got cheated on in a relationship

I was in relationship with a person from 2015 and after 3 years of relationship he cheated me. I was completely depressed. I used to ask what is the reason and he completely manipulated me that if I involve Physical then he wouldn't have cheated me and he told we had fights 1 yr before etc etc. And after she left(with in 2 months),he came back nd continued relationship. From then, we involved physical multiple times, he told he will marry me nd he will never cheat if I allow him physically.he used to lie to me nd started having fights intensionally to leave me and finally he left after he finds another girl. After that girl also, he came back and told he will marry me and again involved physical and after that he left me.it was on 31dec 2019. After he returned back to chennai he again continued his affair with other girl, I confronted him and then he completely left me. even u tried to discuss and went to his place , he left me on roads. I used to beg him daily , I tried a lot to save relationship but after he finds other girl he forcebly kicked me out of his life.He did same with 3 girls now with 4th girl. Is he punishable for cheating me on promise of marriage?

A.Hi,
It is evident from the facts told by you that he has cheated on you and tried to get close to you on the false premise of marriage. You can lodge a police complaint against him for the offence of cheating as mentioned u/S 415 of the IPC.

A.Hi,
On a clear reading of your narration, it is quite clear that he has cheated on you multiple times and tried to get physically intimate on the false pretext of marrying you. Where a person has harmed another person's body, mind, reputation or property on the false promise of marriage, then he is liable for the offence of cheating u/S 415 of IPC. On a preliminary basis, you can lodge police complaint against him.

A.How many times actually this come-go game happened ? I forgot counting.

you told this story to us, thats ok.
if you tell this story to police then they will also forcebly kick you out of police station.
if by mistake police takes FIR then public prosecutor will forcebly kick you out of his office.
After that f case will come to court then judge will also forcebly kick you out of court.

seems there is no limit of non sense and foolishness and idiotness.
