EWS certificate

My father kicked me out of the home. It's been 4 years. No calls nothing. He has a good income. But I am on my own.Can I have an EWS certificate to apply for government jobs. My condition is hand to mouth inspite of being an unreserved general aspirant. I am assured that my father will cut me out of his will in the future.

A.Hi,
If your Address proofs and Aadhar Proofs are still Linked with your parents Identity, then you will be considered as a part of your family as per government records. Then irrespective of Income if your family possesses assets then you are not eligible for EWS category reservation. If assets are Residential space of 1000 sq ft and above, 5 acres of Agriculture land and above, Residential plot of 100 sq.yards in Notified municipalities and above, Residential Plot of 200 sq.yards and above in areas other than Notified Municipalities then you cannot apply for EWS.

According to government documents, if your address proofs and Aadhar proofs are still linked to your parents' identities, you will be considered a member of your family. If your family owns the land, you are not eligible for EWS category reservation, regardless of your income. If you have residential space of 1000 sq ft or more, 5 acres of agricultural land, or a residential plot of 10 acres or more, you have properties. You cannot apply for EWS if your properties are Residential space of 1000 sq ft or more, 5 acres of agricultural land or more, Residential plots of 100 sq. yards in Notified municipalities or more, or Residential plots of 200 sq. yards or more in areas other than Notified Municipalities.
