A.Hi,
A co-owner of a property may sell his or her undivided share of the property if the buyer is willing to make the transaction in the manner described. Another option is to split the land, either by a court order or a deed, and then sell the divided property. Due to the fact that it is a joint land property, the consent of all owners is required. Any tangible solution may be beneficial only after reviewing the above-mentioned agreement copy, in which you all agreed to sell, any meaningful solution be given.

A.Hi,
A co-owner of a property is capable of selling his/her undivided share in the property provided the purchaser is willing to make a purchase in the said manner. Another way is to partition the property, either through court or through a partition deed and then affect sale of divided property. Since, it is a joint land property then consent of all owners is necessary. Any concrete remedy could be provided only after going through the above stated agreement copy, in which you all agreed to sell.
