Wanted to send a legal notice for recovering money for the services offered
2 years ago
I would like to send a legal notice to my client who had taken certain services but failed to make payment after the services was delivered.
A.Hi,
You can serve your client with a legal notice which should highlight your demand for unpaid fees and the costs arising. If he fails to comply with the legal notice then you may consider filing a suit for recovery before the court.
If you found your answer helpful then kindly rate me.

A.Hi,
Your legal notice to your client should constitute a demand of the unpaid fees amount and should have all the details of the charges. If the client fails to comply with the notice then you may file a suit for recovery against him before the court.
