Good morning sir, I was given onelakh to my colleague with the evidence of promisery note only, recently he died with heart attack. His wife know about the onelakh .but I am not taken any sign from his work or anyone.Now I asked her she says I look it after two months she says I have no money ,u can do whatever you can.What I do sir

A.Hi,
Borrowed funds would be repaid by the borrower's legL heirs using the borrower's properties and assets. You can file a lawsuit for recovery after sending a legal notice to the legal heirs..

A.Hi,
Money borrowed by your colleague will be repaid by legal heirs through the borrower's assets. You can file a suit for recovery.

A.you can file money recovery suit.
she have to pay from the money she will get from company, bank accounts etc she get from her husband.
