Need urgent help

I am in a live-in relationship with a married woman. She had filed petition for mutual divorce but not finalized yet. We are planning to have a child. Please help.

A.the mutual divorce takes 6 months period only for order after filling. So wait till court order, Without previous divorce married women, could not stay in a live-in relationship.

A.why so much hurry to have child without finalizing mutual divorce.
but you can do whatever you want to do but dont marry until divorce of first marriage is done.

A.Hi,
A married woman without divorcing cannot be in a live-in relationship with another man, it would be consider as an criminal offence. Further, such person would be booked under Section 494/495 of the IPC.

A.Hi,
It would be a crime if a married woman stays in a live-in relationship with another person without ending her marriage. And the person living in such a relationship with a woman will be charged under Section 494/495 of the IPC.
