I'm 18,and my girlfriend is also 18,we both want to get married, but our parents are not ready for this, so can we get married???

A.Dear Sir,
You must have completed 21 years to get marry and your girlfriend must have completed 18 years other wise a criminal case will be registered against you under child marriage act .

A.Hi,
You cannot marry until you attain the age of 21 since as per S.5 of the HMA, the legal age of bridegroom is 21 and of the bride is 18.

A.Hi,
Unfortunately you cannot get married until you attain the age of 21. The legal age of bridegroom is 21 and for bride is 18 as per S.5 of the HMA.
