I am a central govt employee. Disciplinary action initiated against me by my superior as I have filed a complaint under POSH act against him. Are there any provision in the law/rule. Plz advise

A.Hi,
You may consider sending a legal notice to your employer for conducting contentious proceedings against you. You also need to inform the POSH committee about this happening immediately.

You should inform the POSH committee about the disciplinary action taken against you as soon as possible. You may also consider sending a legal notice to your employer for constituting contentious proceedings.

A.This is not a good way of handling POSH and the POSH committee should have taken cognizance of this fact. You should immediately consult a good lawyer on this. Also apprise the POSH Committee on this especially the Outside representative that you are being victimized

A.filing compliant under POSH is not a right to get away for your mistakes.
Everybody have same right to complain about anything wrong like you filed complaint.
if you not done anything wrong then why you are getting worried for Disciplinary action.
