I am a yoga teacher and getting client through a contractor through whatsapp and call . He was receiving money on my behalf and giving to me after his cut. Now from the last two months he is not picking my call and not even replying to my chats after confirming that he has to give me 24000/- what can i do >??? kindly help ?

A.Hi,
You can lodge a complaint u/S 415 IPC for cheating and defrauding you. The contractor is also liable to be charged for cheating under S.66D of the IT Act.

A.Hi,
You can lodge a complaint against the contractor for cheating u/S 415 IPC. He would also be liable for cheating as per S. 66D of the IT Act.

A.you can file FIR and/or cyber crime complaint for cheating and fraud and misappropriation of funds.
