I have took admission for bcom in Gitam university Andhra Pradesh before joining in tsgenco Telangana... here a question has raised that apgenco before bifurication of state Andhra Pradesh has issued a G.o. Stating degrees awarded beyond territorial jurisdiction are invalid for the purpose of promotions..

A.Hi,
Please consider whether it is violating your fundamental rights under Art.16 of the Constitution which prohibits the employer to discriminate in matters of public employment. You can file a writ petition before the High Court as per Art. 226.

A.Hi,
If you think that it is giving undue advantage to other worker then you file a writ petition before the High Court as per Art. 226 of the Constitution. Further, you need to mention how it violates your fundamental right under Art. 16.

A.it seems the order is against fundamental rights.
but you have to approach HC for promotion by challenging it.
