A.Hi,
If your former lover does not stop threatening you then you can consider filing a police complaint u/S 406 & 503 IPC for the offences of criminal breach of trust and criminal intimidation.

You can lodge a complaint with the police u/S 406 for the offence of criminal breach of trust and also u/S 503 for criminal intimidation if he does not stop blackmailing you.

A.just inform that blackmailing and posting nude photos are both crimes.
Ask him to delete them immediately.
But better call police so they can take of him properly.

A.Just tell him that what he is trying to do is a serious crime for which he can be behind the bars for a long period and his entire life and career will be affected. Once convicted he will never be able to get a good job so better he should refrain from doing all this. Also tell him these days cyber police is very active and he can be nabbed very easily from any corner of the world.
