Sir I have a shop of hardware in lowdown I asked DM's public phone number through whatsapp chat that hardware shop will open or not because there are persible goods so please give time to us for opening the shop.after few hours they send circle officer and seal my shop in my absence without any notice or reason,I didn't do anything but after 15day I asked circle officer to de-seal my shop they (because government has give time to open the shop 2day in week) are asking for fine for Lockdown violates .
They say you opened the shop during Lockdown.
But I didn't opened even they seal my shop in my absence.
What should I do can I file FIR against them?

A.Hi,
Make the representation before the DM's office stating all the facts and circumstances of the case, and seek permission to reopen the shop. If he declines, approach the HC.

A.Write a letter (representation) to the DM telling about all the facts and request for the permission to reopen the shop. If he does not listen then see a lawyer and immediately move the high court under urgent application.
