Land Property
Hi
There is a land property which my father gave it to me and my brother but didn’t seperated it(which side is whos). Many years ago my brother mortgaged the whole property(took the original paper by tricking me) by saying that he will return it after few years. But years passed he didn’t returned it & now he is demanding money for returning land & paper(he is saying the mortgage is not clear yet). But recently I found out that he had paid off the mortgage & now he just want to take money & signature from me so that he can take the whole property.Keeping on mind my father is dead. What should I do?
