Sir, i find a data entry job in quikr they made a call and said to pay 300 refundable amount for id activation i paid immediately after 1 day they gave me a 50 pages project asked me to complete in 4 days due to fever didn't complete i didn't sign the projected digitally and or with my pen made my sign through cursor due to incomplete work asking me to pay penalty charges. In words it is 3200 and numbers it is 2500

Don't worry, it's a scam, no one can demand unreasonably and unlawfully. You can complaint to the Cyber Crime Portal under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

This is an online elaborate scam to defraud you of your money. Ignore the company. If they persistently call you, threaten them that you will take legal action against them. It will be enough to scare them off.
