Some captcha company wants me to pay money as I want to quit job because it's not much good site and also takes lots of time .

A.Hello,
The intent behind the CAPTCHA is to verify that user of the web page is a human being and not a computer. While CAPTCHA jobs are may be legit but can be easily used for illegal purpose. So, first you have to check the Contract/agreement, which you except.
Good companies doesn't do this type of activities, but its advisable, that you have to check the company details or previous record and agreement. Don't worry, no one can demand unreasonably and unlawfully.

It would depend upon the employment terms with the company. You will have to provide more details about your employment terms. Generally, you don't have to pay any money to the company to the leave the job, but you have to forfeit some perks and bonuses. Consult with an local lawyer about your case.
