I purchased a flat and signed the agreement in July 2020 by giving down payment. The final payment was completed in Oct 2020 via loan. There was an existing rental family staying there who vacated the house in Sept 2020.
My question is who will get the rent from July 2020 to Sept 2020. Will the earlier owner get the rent, or should I get the rent as I have signed the agreement in july 2020?

It goes as per the terms of agreements. Other wise you have no legal right to claim such rents.

A.you brought only in oct 2020.

A.Hi,
You will not receive the payment of the rent as the contract of sale is completed in Oct 2020, when the owner received its payment. After Oct 2020 you will get the payments of rents and other payments due related to this property.

A.Hi,
The final payment as stated by you is completed on Oct 2020 . The rent from July to sept will be received by the earlier owner as the contract is completed in Oct 2020.
