consumer court make a decision in the favor of complainant, OP does not give any response and now the execution filled against OP, now the o p wants to settled the matter out side the court what to do

A.its usual that people take it lightly and after execution only they act.
Its upto complainant now to accept to settle or not because you dont have a choice.

A.Go with the execution proceeding. The intention of op does not seem honest. Any settlement would mitigate your on going execution proceeding and if any default caused by op then you would be required to again start execution proceeding.

A.Hi,
The parties can refer the matter to be settle outside the court if both the parties wishes to do the same or otherwise the court orders. If the op unable to file with the orders of the court then they will be liable.

The parties have to comply with the orders of the court. If op is not complying with the orders then they will be liable. If parties wish then they can settle the dispute outside. But if you don't agree with the same nothing will refer to outside side settlement unless court orders.
