Education loan subsidy not claimed by the bank.
I had granted an education loan in 2016 for 4yrs of engineering. I'm eligible for the CSIS Interest subsidy scheme. But the bank had claimed my subsidy only for the year 2018-19. For the remaining 3 years, they didn't claim my subsidy. So is it possible to claim the subsidy for the remaining 3 years in the current year? And if it is not possible then, what legal action can I take against the bank?
A.Dear Sir,
You may file a Civil suit and recover such amount as bank is at fault.

A.Hi,
You can approach the District Consumer Forum and file a complaint against the Branch and the MD claiming compensation and damages. You can also file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman and claim damages if the bank was deficient in service.
