Village bus stand can be shifted from one place to another place

Hi
As my mother has a land of 1acre in my village in tamilnadu which has frontage of 75ft and it has five shop which has been rented and we have left 18 ft of frontage is the pathway for agriculture purpose in backside of the 5shop building.and my question is for past 20years over
18 ft pathwayway has been covered by bus stop in govt land. what is the procedure to change the bus stop to oppsite side ofthe road in govt land .

Approach the local authorities to get the bus stop shifted. If it is possible, it can be done after due survey by the authorities.

A.Hi,
You will have to talk to local authorities to get the bus stop shifted. You can approach the DC office with your request. After the survey, if it is feasible the bus stop can be shifted.

A.You need to ask the local govt. authorities to shift the bus stop to some other land. They should do it if they find it good enough to do.

which govt land ?
what is front side ?
what is back side ?
How bus stop can shift to opposite side of road ?
Then oppsite side of bus stop have to shift to your side.
and complete road have to rotate or moved to england because India have left hand side driving.
it is upto govt to move bus stop from govt land.
you can not do anything.
