A.It seems that you are a victim of online cyber fraud.
1) Which was the website and does the company have their own website ?
2) Who recommended you for this online work?
3) Where do you stay?
4) Do you have any contact details of which person you spoke to you for the contract work ?
5) Did you sign any type of Contract or Agreement with the company?
6) Most of these types of companies are fraud? They will just keep demanding money & reject your work.
7) As now they have sent you the legal notice or may send through email there is a high chance that they may file a case against you. It will be always better if you send a legal notice by a Lawyer to the company for their false claim and mental harassment for you.
8) Also make sure that you are recording all the phone Calls which they have been calling you for money?
9) If possible we can help you to file a complaint to cyber crime office in your area if they are sending you continuous messages & emails for the payments.

If you realize my professional skills, the time & efforts put in by me needs to be truly appreciated, and then Please “CLICK MY LIKES/ THUMBS UP/GIFT” button shown below this reply format & also CLICK/ WRITE a “REVIEW” in 5 star as I have answered your query in detail. Don't worry, it's a scam, no one can demand unreasonably and unlawfully. You can complaint to the Cyber Crime Portal under the Ministry of Home Affairs or approach to the Local police and file a written complaint against them.

Thanks

A.Hi,
First and foremost, this is an online scam. They company is fake company. They are present in online forums and target unsuspecting and financially weak people. They entrap them into paying humongous fine amounts. Ignore their repeated calls for settlement and closing of accounts and for paying the fine. They are intimidating and blackmailing you. Kindly ignore it. Block their numbers.

A.Hi,
You have been trapped in a very elaborate online scam. These kind of data entry companies are present in abundance in various online forums and websites. They usually target financially week people, who they know are very easy to trick and trap. Sadly, you are one such victim. These companies are fake. They don't have any valid certificate of registration and incorporation. Whatever money you have paid is paid. Please do not pay them a single rupee anymore. Refrain from paying them anything. They will persistently call you up to close the agreement and pay the fine amount, otherwise they will threaten of legal actions. Just ignore them, their claims will not survive in the court of law. To recover the money that you lost, you should approach the nearest police station and file a complaint. Ignore their demands of money. It is a scam.

A.These data entry fraud cases are done by those companies which are fake and and they themselves are fraud and harass simple and common boys and girls from villages and small towns. You must know how to save yourself from these type of fraudsters and protect yourself.
First of whenever you get a job offer of these kind from an unknown company to do data entry do not accept that job as mostly they are fake jobs.
Secondly before accepting ask them to send a job offer letter and the company profile and website.
Ask them to send the company GST no. PAN no. CIN no and check the same online whether they are valid or not of they are not valid then just ignore and do not go ahead.
If suppose they threaten you then tell that you are going to file a police complaint and lodge an FIR against the data entry fraud company and then hopefully they should stop harassing you.
Never ever pay them any money whatever happens.
