I took small loan from bajaj finserv few years back and 2 cheques got dishonoured. i paid the full amount in february, still they are re-presenting my ECS cheques and it is charging my bouncing charges from the bank. i wrote to bajaj customer care but they claimed bank ecs is having problem and its bank error not theirs. while talking to bank authority he claimed its bajaj finserv error and they will file and do the needful for refund of excess money. plz guide what complaint i need to file against them

A.you can file complaint in Banking ombudsman (in my experience its useless).
Better teach them a lesson and file consumer court case and claim compensation.
such things should stop but being true indian you will not do it.

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint before the Banking Ombudsman of your region and also before the District Consumer Forum. Further, you may also register a case before the DRT for false representation of the account.

A.Let them file the case nothing will happen to you as you have already paid and once they have filed a case you file a counter case of fraud on them and claim huge compensation. Teach them a lesson that such being such big company they cannot take the customers for a ride siting stupid mistakes of their own that ECS is giving problem.
