I ordered a clock from an Instagram account, the location of the shop is Kolkata. I am currently put up in Bangalore. I have received only a few messages from the seller only to inform me that the item will be delivered between 30-60 days. Now it is over 60 days and the seller is not responding. what can I do?

A.30-60 days, he will start making clock after order ?
this long time means seller will order it from China on your address.
Currently due to tensions and lockdowns, I believe individual orders from china will be at china or india port.

raise dispute to credit card if its in policy.
more than that you will not do anything.

A.Hello,

You can send demand notice through Advocate for return of your full amount (if you had paid) along with interest through E-mail, Electronic media i.e Whatssapp, mgs, and by post. If no response has been received then file an e-fir against them and sent copy to them.
You can also complaint to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, Ministry of Home Affairs at there website.

A.Hi,
First, try sending a legal notice to the shop for the delivery of the goods. In case they do not reply, file a complaint at the district consumer dispute redressal commission.

A.Hi,
If you have the address of the shop then try sending them a legal notice demanding the delivery of goods. If they do not reply then go ahead and file a complaint in the district consumer dispute redressal commission.
