My brother expired. My parents also expired. Some of my siblings also expired but their sons and daughters. How can I get legal heir certificate. who are all come as legal heir to him.

A.Dear Sir,
Approach any notary and get legal heir certificate in the form of affidavit on Rs.100 e-stamp paper.

A.You can get the legal heir certificate from the Tehsildar, local councilor or municipality by showing the family tree and the death certificate of the deceased persons.

Get Legal heir certificate from Tehsildar , Municipal or District civil court .

A.Hi,
As per hindu Succession act legal heir of your brother and dead sibilings will be their children and wife. You will be legal heir in your parents property and children of your dead brother and sibiling will also have share in that.

You can get Legal heir certificate from Municipal corporation or District civil court by submitting application for the same and attaching their death certificate and self attest affidavit of the legal heir. After inspection the Certificate is issued.

A.Hey,
As per Hindu succession law, Your parents property will be divided between you and sons and daughter of your siblings. And your brother and other siblings who expired their property will be divided among their children. Legal Heir certificate can be obtained by approaching the area/taluk Thasildhar, or from the corporation/municipality office of the respective area, and from the district civil court. You need show all death certificate of the deceased and An affidavit on stamp paper or self declaration has to be submitted along with the application. After inspection by the revenue officer the certificate will be issued. The certificate will contain names of all legal heirs of the deceased person.
