Wrong allegations by women

Hii sir there is a lady living in our building on 1st floor and I am living on 4th floor in same building.... Due to same parking shared by us there was a dispute between both families and that lady has put wrong allegations of 354,341,506,509 to me....Sir I am from very poor family pls guide me what to do....FIR has already registered and I was sent to tihar for 25 days and got bail but don't want to take case in court plss guide us

A good lawyer will bring out the truth.
You can approach the woman and try to resolve the matter and get her to withdraw the case. If she does not agree then you have to move forward with the court case and approach the HC for quashing of a FIR.

Try to resolve the matter amicably with the woman otherwise you have no other option but to approach the court.

You may immediately compromise and ask her to withdraw the same or approach High court to get stay and then it will be quashed.
