TICKET AMOUNT REFUND

I HAD BOOKED A FLIGHT TICKET ON 16/02/2020 WITH SPICE JET AND THE FLIGHT( PNR NO - YHV1XX ) WAS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID 19. EVEN AFTER SUPREME COURTS ORDERS AND MY SEVERAL EMAIL REQUEST IN ORDER TO REFUND THE BOOKING AMOUNT WHICH WAS HOLD AS CREDIT SHELL IS NOT BEING REFUNDED. NOW IT IS NOT SHOWING EVEN IN THE CREDIT SHELL. WHAT HAS TO BE DONE.

A.Hi,
This is a case of Consumer Fraud. You should send a legal notice and then proceed with a case in the Consumer Court. You will surely get a remedy and even additional compensation since SC has already cleared their stance on the issue.

They have to pay back the money along with the interest on the credit shell. File a case in the Consumer Forum for a money refund and additional compensation.
