A.How you came to know abt it ?
You have to prove it.

If you can prove it then its criminal offence and well as there is civil remedy.
You can file FIR for punishing that someone and employee of telecom provider and even consumer court case seeking damages.

A.Hey,
Sharing the Recorded call without your permission is breach off Right to privacy. Besides few exception such as government bodies the telecom provider are allowed to share such sensitive information. You can file criminal and civil suit for damages under Information technology act against telecom provider and that friend.

A.It is breach of data privacy so you can file a complaint against the telecom company and subsequently the telecom company will punish the employee in civil way.
Criminally its a cyber crime and you can lodge an FIR with the local police for data theft and police should do its duty to initiate a criminal cyber case against the telecom company and the employee.
