A.Adultery was crime at that time.
Now it is not a crime.
but asking money is still crime of blackmailing.
tell that married lady and BF to file FIR for blackmailing if they dont stop.

A.As they say "what shall you sow so shall you reap". This is going to be an albatross around your neck and you have to be very careful about it. Ensure that you do not end up into an legal soup otherwise you will not only land up into legal issues but will also loose lot of money added with having sleepless nights.
You will have to manage this using your legal cum commonsensical knowledge to avoid any kind of cases going against you. As you said you are a Bank Manager hence if a case is opened against you then your job also be at stake so see that you are extra careful in handling this matter.
But as far as blackmailing is concerned they cannot do so as that is also illegal they can also be booked under the law. So, let them know this so they are also careful and do not do anything stupid.

A.It is extortion. Donot pay any money as you may be trapped in Vicious circle. Stop entertaining the lady and report the matter to police. It is already 11 years old matter so nothing can be done.

A.Hi,
Blackmailing others is against the law. You can turn to IPC for help, or you can go to cyber cells.
