Clicking a photo of a woman without her permission is act of voyeurism and is punishable under section 354C of IPC with imprisonment. So if that person is caught with your pictures you can file an FIR.

A.Hey,
As per Section 354C this comes under act of voyeurism for taking photo of woman without her permission. And it is punishable with minimum one year of imprisonment which can be extended to 3 years and fine.
