I want to claim maintenance from my husband,5years have become of our marriage,from past 3 years he is not giving me my basic needs,at present we both are staying together in a house named on my husband and I m co applicant and the loan amount of the flat is paid by my sister from past 5 years...plz suggest me

A.U van claim maintenance even by residing Along with your husband.file s petition under domestic violence and also ask for a direction from court to your husband to provide basic needs like proper food etc etc or pay maintainance for the same.
