A.Hi,
Documents are needed to form an association you will need to get all the documents related to building ready with you. Documents such as a completion certificate, a sanctioned building plan, and a site plan are all necessary documents you will need along with tenants consent. ALso all the tenants will need to form bye laws by putting the objective of the organisation and the responsibilities of members and leaders in writing.

A.To form an association get all the documents related to building ready then get the members ready and the documentation like FORM A,B,C,D, Bye laws, and you will have to get the society registered.

There are certain documents required such as completion certificate, sanctioned building plan, site plan, etc. Depending on the number of members, valuation of the property, the overall cost estimate can be provided.
