Sir, i am working in Canara Bank as Clerical staff.. sir, oftenly long queue is standing in front of my counter and being a human , i have physical and biological limit to concentration, any mistakes lead me to monetary loss..and customers also tell humaliate for pressurize for fast work, then mistake will happen..sir, i shouldn't be victimized for huge population, staff shortage,, technical server failure etc..
I want to seek judgement, regarding reasonable time period decided to serve each customer, approx 10 mins.. and if any services is unavailable then management display the notice for customers, so that customers shouldn't quarrel with me..

you can take transfer to small village, there will not be rush and queue and you will get everything fresh and cheap for same salary.

You should raise the issue with the higher authorities in your bank about the poor work environment of the bank. You can also approach the worker's union to demand suitable and better work environment for all the staffers.

You may approach High court through your union as you cannot fight individually.
The award staff of all PSU banks are regulated by the rules and bylaws of the Association. Please visit the office of the Award staff association and seek copy of the rules defining the working hours for the clerks and work accordingly. Don't out too much pressure on yourself otherwise you will have medical problems.
