A.Hi,
The shares would be transferred into the names of the legal heirs after dematerialization through a trading agent after the legal heirs certificate is duly obtained from the court and produced before the trading agent.

A.Hi,
First and foremost, you will have to apply for the legal heir certificate from the court in the name's of those legal heirs to whom the shares is to be transferred. Then you will have to apply for dematerialization of the shares and then get it transferred into the legal heirs name through any agent.
